Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed via www.bricobodrum.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, designed to protect both parties and set clear expectations regarding our service.


1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, discrepancies may occur.

  • If a product is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will ship the available items and contact you to choose between:

    • waiting for restock, or

    • receiving a refund for the unavailable product(s).


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase.

  • The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost.


3. Returns

3.1 Change of Mind

We accept returns due to change of mind if:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping is the customerโ€™s responsibility. Once we receive and accept the return:

  • A refund will be issued in Brico Bodrum store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receipt.

  • Customers pre-pay return shipping (reimbursed if the claim is approved).

  • Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days of return receipt.

Once approved, you may choose between:

  • (a) refund to your original payment method,

  • (b) refund in store credit, or

  • (c) replacement item (if available).


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic (Belgium) Transit Times

  • Handling Time: 1โ€“3 business days

  • Economy Shipping: 5โ€“8 business days (Free)

  • Standard Shipping: 3โ€“4 business days (โ‚ฌ15)

4.2 International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is not available.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.

  • Our warehouse operates Mondayโ€“Friday during standard hours.

  • Closed on Belgian national holidays (delays will be minimised).

4.4 Address Changes

Delivery addresses can be changed before dispatch.

4.5 P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery is not available.

4.6 Military Addresses

We ship to military addresses via postal services only. Courier delivery is not available.

4.7 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, in-stock items will ship immediately, and the rest will be sent once available.

4.8 Delivery Delays

If delivery exceeds the forecast, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link to follow their shipment progress.


6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, reject it from the courier.

  • If delivered in your absence, contact customer service immediately.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

VAT is already included in the prices displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments (if enabled in the future):

  • Duties and taxes may apply depending on destination.

  • If you refuse to pay, the goods will be returned at your expense. Refunds will cover the product value only, minus return shipping costs.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch.
If already dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy.


9. Insurance

  • Damaged in transit: Refund or replacement will be processed once the courier confirms the claim.

  • Lost in transit: Refund or replacement will be processed once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
