Copyright & DMCA Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement.
We reserve the right to:

Block access to or remove material that we believe, in good faith, to be copyrighted material copied or distributed illegally by our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members, or users.

Remove and discontinue services for repeat offenders.
Your use of Brico Bodrum services is subject to our Terms of Service, which include this Copyright Dispute Policy.
1. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material residing on or accessible through our Services infringes your copyright (or the copyright of someone you are authorized to represent), please submit a written Notice of Copyright Infringement containing the following:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.

Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Contact information of the notifier (address, phone number, and email).

A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that the notifier is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:

Remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Notify the content provider accused of infringement.

Terminate the content providerβs access to our Services in case of repeat offenses.
2. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe the removed or disabled material is not infringing, or that you have the legal right to use it, you may send a Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent containing:

A physical or electronic signature of the content provider.

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and where it appeared before removal.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, phone number, and email (if available).

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location, or if outside Belgium, the jurisdiction of Belgium, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
If a valid counter-notice is received, we may forward it to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 10β14 business days, the removed material may be reinstated at our discretion.
